The Story of Termine’s Pipe and Plumbing Supply
In September of 1971, Joseph Termine founded Termine’s Pipe and Plumbing Supply, a wholesale plumbing distributor that catered to plumbers, commercial, and institutional customers in Melbourne, Florida.
The company specialized in offering specialty plumbing supplies that were otherwise unavailable. As the business continued to grow, Joseph saw an opportunity to expand and formed Termines Pipe and Supply d/b/a Specialty Supply.
In 1984, Cynthia Termine Smith, his daughter, was brought on board as the company’s president. Under her leadership, the company’s legacy continued to grow.
In 2008, Termine’s was approved as a Women-Owned Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Today, we bid and supply plumbing products throughout the nation.

Termine’s Pipe and Plumbing Supply has two locations, each with a
unique specialty. The North store, located on Harper Road, caters
mainly to residential and commercial customers, while our South store
on S. Babcock Street caters to service plumbers.
We keep a full stock of plumbing repair parts, from faucet stems to
brass valves. And if we don’t have it in stock, we can obtain it for you
through our connection with Winston Water Cooler, one of the biggest
suppliers in the US.
Our quality of service and wide range of inventory sets us apart from
the competition. Our warehouses are strategically located and
designed to make it easy for customers to pick up and drop off
supplies. We also offer delivery and direct shipping from vendors to
